Art in the Age of Injustice

Transfer print, mixed media, collage on paper mounted on canvas, 24" x 24".  Quilt like images of sex trafficked women and art historical images of prostitutes are bound together with collaged images of global and US currency.

Art in the Age of Injustice is an exhibition of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Women's Caucus for Art. The venue for this exhibition is the Da Vinci Art Alliance in Philadelphia. The exhibition runs through the month of April, until the closing reception on Wed., April 26th.

While the artists exhibit individually throughout the region,
they work toward exhibiting collectively once a year.
