Wanda Chudzinski was born and raised in southern New Jersey, studying art at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a B.F.A. in Painting. Chudzinski went on to earn a M.Ed. from Marygrove College in Detroit, and currently teaches art while maintaining her own painting studio and blog.
In her most recent work, Chudzinski explores the role of light and shadow in creating the perceptible world, zeroing in on fruits and vegetables that seem to exist in a timeless world, stilled by her gaze. "Painting is a meditative experience for me, and a chance to rest and reflect in an otherwise hectic world."
Chudzinski has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley.
